Please read all the pricing scheme, terms and conditions before submitting the form. After the Internet Roaming service processing has been completed by HKBN, notification letter will be sent to customers by email.

* Register now, the one-time registration fee cost only $20 (original priced at $100).
*Internet Roaming rates of local telephone charges, taxes or surcharges are exclusive when connecting aboard.
*Be noted that using the access number provided by GRIC for Hong Kong region, the access charge is HK$1.5/minutes.
All charge will be consolidated in your monthly HKBN statement.

Upon the acceptance of my HKBN Internet Roaming Service registration hereunder, I also agree to abide by and agree to the Terms and Conditions for using HKBN Roaming Service, HKBN Servicse and CTI Calling Service and amendments thereafter stipulated by Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd. from time to time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. HKBN Subscriber's terms and conditions shall equally apply to your use of any other third party service provider's on-line or Internet access as part of the Internet Roaming Service; 2. A registration fee of HK$100 will be charged into your account at the first monthly statement for using Internet Roaming Service; 3. Additional fees will be charged based on per minute usage (or part thereof) for using the Internet Roaming Service and the usage details will be shown on your monthly statement. A list of charges is set out clearly in the table; 4. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all the proper hardware and software to access and use the Internet Roaming Service; 5. Any software which you download from HKBN or that is otherwise supplied to you to facilitate access to the Internet Roaming Service shall constitute "Software" for the purposes of the HKBN Subscriber terms and conditions; 6. Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd. will not be responsible for the stability and reliability of using Internet Roaming Service. The stability and reliability of service will vary depending on the access number you are using and the city you are dialing from. Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd. will not guarantee the same service standard in all cities; 7. Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd. disclaims any representation, warranty or responsibility in relation to the technical specifications or performance of the Internet Roaming Service.
